Ridgeline Montessori is seeking a warm, patient, and attentive Classroom Assistant to support our Lower Elementary students (grades 1–3). In a Montessori environment, the assistant plays a vital role in fostering a calm and respectful classroom culture that enables students to develop into independent, curious, and compassionate learners.

Ridgeline Montessori is seeking a flexible, reliable, and caring Floating Assistant to support the smooth operation of our school community. This position serves across multiple classrooms, in physical education, and throughout campus—stepping in where needed most.

Specialist to lead creative, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate physical education experiences for students in grades K–8.

Promote values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and respectful communication through all activities
Maintain equipment, organize materials, and ensure safety procedures are followed during all physical activities

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in education or specialized area of instruction
Experience teaching at assigned grade levels at a K-12 school
Current First Aid/CPR certificate, or ability and willingness to obtain certification

We are looking to grow our substitute pool. With two adults in the Montessori classroom, substitutes are brought into the classroom in the role of the classroom assistant. In this role, they help to support the classroom as directed by the staff member leading the class. Substitutes may be booked for pre-planned staff absences or for same-day assignments.
Duties may include: assist with classroom management, guiding students during the work period to make successful choices and stay engaged, recess supervision, arrival, and dismissal, etc.
