Dear Middle School Family,

I sent out an important e-mail detailing changes in our Math program on Tuesday.  Please check it out and check in with me if you have any questions.

In short: Now you can easily check up on your student's Math work at school by logging in to Jupiter Grades and checking their Math Progress grade.  I'm updating it daily.

This Sunday: Grrrlz Rock Ukulele Performance at Plank Town

This Sunday at 2pm at Plank Town Brewpub at 346 Main St. in Springfield, the Ridgeline Grrrlz Rock uke group will be performing a 30 minute set, if you want to check it out.

Next Week: Conferences

Conference sign-ups are in the lobby.  If we've recently met, and you feel like we're caught up, there's no need to sign up for a conference.  If you'd like to meet for more than 20 minutes, please send me an e-mail and let's set up a time to meet after school on a Monday through Thursday.  It's great to have some official time set aside for us to check in, but I will always make time to meet with you if you ask.

Lumber and Hardware Hauler Needed

I plan to spend the garden materials money as soon as I can get a taker with a big truck to pick up the lumber and hardware from Jerry's.  (You're gonna need a truck.)  I want to get out with the kids and build the beds either next Wednesday Nov. 5, or Nov 12, at the latest, to get these puppies built.  I'll put in the order as soon as I have a Hauler.  I'll have them gather the goods and be ready to load your truck on your schedule.  I'll even come in on the weekend to help you unload it all, if that's when it works for you.  Thank you!

If anyone wants to come and help me lead a crew of students to dig the beds down and build the raised beds, that would be awesome!  Let me know!  It will be a Wednesday afternoon: 1:30-3pm.

Have a spooky weekend!

Jon and Carrie
