PE Instructions from Dan:
Hello everyone,

Hope everyone is adjusting to the new way of learning. I know that all of this is very challenging but really hope you are finding balance. If you are not sleeping well it may be because you are up late playing Fortnite or not getting enough exercise! Get good exercise, eat well and get good sleep! I miss you guys and hope you all are getting good balance during these challenging times.

In the game of table hockey play with a brother, sister, mom, dad or anyone that would also like to laugh and exercise! If you don't have proper cups or even a lid for this game you can use open hand hits and a crumpled ball, be creative! If you play on the ground set up some boundaries so if the item you are hitting goes to that area you can do any 10 exercises you want. Miss you all and hope you all are hanging in there.

Have a great week!
