We are so grateful that we have had so many volunteer helpers this year. You really make an impact on the children’s education. We hope you will be able to attend the Appreciation Tea next Wednesday morning, April 24.

Our class has begun learning the song “High Hopes” in preparation for the Eugene Concert Choir’s fun, interactive Broadway for Kids, Too! concert on Saturday, April 27 at the Hult Center, Silva Concert Hall at 11:00. Children who learn the song will receive performer passes for themselves and one accompanying adult to attend the concert and preconcert activities (10:00). Flyer to be sent home.

The research boards are outstanding. Each day a few students will present their boards.

The children have begun sewing the sashes that they designed to wear at the kindergarten music program.

Children paired up to write puppet shows and performed them for their classmates.

Recent sounds that we have been focusing on are sh, th, and ch.

Save the Dates:
May 14—kindergarten Music Program 6:30-7:00
