Field Trip Tomorrow!
We are visiting Northern Lights Tree Farm tomorrow to pick up pumpkins and learn a bit about Colonial Times. Children should dress for the weather, wear closed-toed shoes or boots, and bring a sack lunch. Due to a change of bus schedule, we are leaving school at 9:00, so don’t be late!

The holiday that scares teachers the most! Halloween costumes can be VERY distracting, and candy can be just as disruptive. Please keep the candy and the costumes at home.

International Children’s Day
Ridgeline is celebrating International Children’s Day on October 28th. Students who would like to dress up may wear clothing from another country or culture. Children may also choose to bring in a sharing item from another country. Students will have a chance to write about their costumes or objects. Have a conversation with your child about the history or traditions surrounding whatever item you choose; this will help the children with their writing. Dressing up and sharing are both optional!

Make sure to sign up for a conference time in the office! Slots are still available on Monday, October 31 and Tuesday, November 1. Please remember that there will be NO SCHOOL on those days.

Thank you to everyone who came to Ridgeline Rising on Saturday!
