ASIAN CELEBRATION 2015! Once again our students are invited to participate in the Bhangra dance performances during the 2015 Asian Celebration. This amazing event is held at the Lane Events Center on Saturday and Sunday, February 14-15. Our kids are scheduled to dance on Sunday at 4:45. Instructor SatPavan asks that children arrive by 4:25. Visit the website for more information    http://asiancelebration.org/

THE ORCHESTRA ROCKS! Our students will attend a special performance at the Hult Center on Tuesday, February 17. Our new music teacher, Stephanie Duve, has been preparing the children by teaching about the instruments and sections of an orchestra. The cost for this event is $5.00 per person. Unfortunately, only a limited number of adult supervisors are allowed. We will travel by LTD, leave school at 9:15 A.M. and return by noon. We will walk from the downtown bus station to the Hult Center. Please remind your student to dress appropriately. A small, non-messy snack (like a cereal bar or cheese stick) can be tucked into a pocket and eaten on the way. Please complete the attached permission form, include cash or a check for $5.00 and send to school as soon as possible. If the cost presents a hardship and you would like scholarship information, please contact Cheri.

Sharing Theme: 2/16- An item shorter than 5 inches,  2/23- A hand tool
