Ridgeline
Montessori Public Charter School, in Eugene, Oregon,
seeks a co-administrator to join our current
Montessori administrator in overseeing faculty,
staff, students, and curriculum. The
co-administrator will also help ease the transition
to a new campus in 2011-2012. Ridgeline Montessori
serves students in kindergarten through grade 8.

Montessori seeks a TSPC-licensed educator (or an
educator with equivalency through TSPC) with
classroom and administrative experience, and with
whom the Montessori philosophy strongly resonates.
Qualified candidates will be knowledgeable about
policies and practices that pertain to public
education.
We seek a
collaborative colleague and a sensitive
communicator. The qualified candidate will be an
organized, resilient, proactive administrator, as
well as a community builder who thrives on change.
The
co-administrator will report to the school’s board
of directors.
